Anyway, I did take some pictures of the place with some of the furniture (and some of the Aunt James flair), but, I found it hard to find good angles of many of the rooms. I guess you just have to come and see it in person.
I am going to keep this short, since Monkey and I are slated to have dinner with the neighbors here in about fifteen minutes (they invited us--isn't that nice?), but the photos are of the view into the sun room from the living room , the living room from the sun room, and the breakfast nook from the kitchen (and I think they will be in that order when I upload them). See ya!

Wow, these pics are great! In lieu of being able to see your new home in person, these are a good start. All I ask for in the meantime is MORE!
I'm not sure I can figure out what particular chair(s)/furniture were referenced in previous posts - only what I'm drawn to in the pictures. That said, I especially loved the breakfast nook. Great retro chairs in there! Also, I spotted that awesome new couch in the background of the one picture. It looks good! And I love all the color you've added (from painting and interesting furniture). This is wonderful!
Now, back to doing stuff that's similar to what you and Monkey have been up to for the past several weeks: unpacking and settling in. But I may continue to wander from room to room just sitting and enjoying taking it all in - let alone trying to figure out where exactly to begin with the what goes where and what might we do to tie the room together kind of thing. I welcome advice, though I am aware that you rarely have strong opinions. :)

It all looks really good! Something about it reminds of my home, but I just can't put my finger on it.
Sofa? Colors? I know Monkey got a good deal of inspiration from R for those choices.
Needless to say, should you come visit, you will feel at home!
